When a bra doesn’t feel like it’s lifting or keeping everything centered, fit can play a big role. Our Bra Fit Guide walks through common issues like this and explains that if there’s spillage at the sides, the band may be too snug, and adjusting the band or choosing fuller coverage can help: https://glamorise.com/pages/fit-resources-bra-fit
It’s also helpful to keep in mind that changing the band size will affect the cup volume as well.

Our Bra Fit Guide has helpful illustrations to pinpoint fit issues like this and offers recommendations for possible size adjustments. You may also want to consider a different wire-free style with extra side support, such as:

I was looking forward to receiving this bra, however, when it arrived I was gutted, it was far too small, wouldn't go around my boobs let alone fasten.
