I completely understand your concern about the band rolling up underneath the cups. That underband is designed to provide extra support and structure, but it should definitely stay flat and comfortable against your body throughout the day. Sometimes the fabric can feel a bit softer than expected, and you're absolutely right that a slightly firmer material in that area could help prevent the rolling issue.
