Occasionally a garment will arrive from the manufacturer with loose hooks, and gently pressing them backward against the fabric may help them stay secure. Hooks coming undone in the front can also be a sign that the size isn’t quite right.

If adjusting the hooks doesn’t solve the issue, trying a smaller cup size may help add just enough tension to keep them connected more tightly.
