I didn’t realize when I purchased this that it had no padding, which was my bad. The one complaint I had was that the bottom of the front closure rubbed my skin to the point of being very uncomfortable.

We understand how disappointing it can be when a product doesn't match your expectations, especially regarding features like padding. Different bra styles can vary quite a bit in their construction and design features, and we know comfort is so important when it comes to finding the right fit.
The front-closure hardware rubbing against your skin is definitely not the comfortable experience we want you to have with our bras. Comfort should always be a priority, and we're sorry this particular style didn't provide that for you.

Liked it enough to try another one however need to shorten the straps a bit more. This fraud did not seem to be made for short people who also have large breast. I may try shortening the straps a little by cutting them and sewing them myself.
