I’m sorry it didn’t give you the lift you were hoping for, and I can understand how frustrating it is to have the hooks come undone. Occasionally a garment can arrive with loose hooks, and gently pressing them backward against the fabric may help secure them. Hooks coming undone in the front can also be a sign that the size isn’t quite right, and trying a smaller cup may reduce movement and help keep the closure connected more firmly.
