Thanks for sharing your feedback on the Front-Closure Posture Back WonderWire Bra. I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble with the front closure mechanism - that must be incredibly frustrating when it's supposed to make getting dressed easier, not harder.

If the closure isn't sliding together at all, that does sound like it could be a defective clasp mechanism. Sometimes the hooks can get misaligned during manufacturing or shipping, which would prevent the closure from working properly. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have with this bra.

You can return this bra within 40 days of purchase using our return portal at https://glamorise.com/pages/returns. Once you print your prepaid USPS label, you can drop the package at any post office or place it directly in your mailbox for pickup.

Your feedback about the closure mechanism not working is really important and will be shared with our quality team so we can look into this issue.
