I completely understand your preference about the hook and eye closures. While we use multiple hooks to help distribute the support and ensure the bra stays secure, especially for fuller cup sizes, I can see how fewer closures might feel more convenient for daily wear. It's that balance between providing maximum support and keeping things simple that can be tricky to get just right for everyone.

Thanks for sharing your feedback on the MagicLift Seamless Firm Support Bra. I'm sorry this one didn't work out for you, even after trying a second style from our collection.

When cups feel a bit small despite ordering your measured size, it can sometimes be resolved by going up a cup size. The firm support design in this particular style does create a more structured feel, which isn't comfortable for everyone, especially if you prefer softer, more flexible fabrics.

I understand how disappointing it can be when a brand doesn't meet your expectations after giving it a couple of tries. Your feedback about the fit and comfort level is valuable and will be shared with our team as we continue working on our sizing guidance and product descriptions.
