Please help!
I love the fit and front closure bras and have purchased at least 6 as I speak. Here I am now looking for more but there's a design flaw I'm hoping someone will address. Every single bra's wire pokes me under the arm in just a month or two. Can they not curl the end wires to avoid this point of contention? I hand wash and hang dry them and am no tougher on them in wear as my job has me sit. I've gone so far as to sew the end where it pokes through but noticed my last bra pokes me and hasn't even poked through the matrerial yet. Please respond. Thank you,

Underwire issues like poking under the arm can sometimes be related to fit rather than wear alone. If the cup is a bit small, the wire may be under extra tension, and if it’s a bit loose, the wire can shift more than intended, both of which can lead to uncomfortable prodding. Even with careful hand washing and air drying, sizing can play a role in how the wire sits during daily wear.
