We understand your concerns about the lace causing discomfort and the challenges you're experiencing with the closure system, as this isn't the comfortable wearing experience we want our customers to have.

While this style was designed with soft lace detailing to provide both beauty and comfort for many of our customers, we recognize that even soft lace can be irritating for some individuals. Additionally, we understand that the front closure mechanism may not be meeting your needs for easy fastening, especially with arthritic hands.
