Thanks for sharing your detailed feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear about the frustration with the clasp mechanism. It's disappointing that something that should make a front-closure bra more convenient has become such a challenge for you—especially when the fit and comfort of the bras themselves are working so well.

We understand how disheartening this must be, particularly when you're hard to fit and these would have been perfect otherwise. The clasp design can definitely take some getting used to, but we hear you that it shouldn't be this difficult to manage.
