Great support!

If you are looking for a bra that is great for higher intensity workouts, this is the one for you! And the fact that it’s support-adjustable is amazing! At my age I have only needed the first slot but if I still ran the next 2 slots would be great for holding my girls properly!

Perfect design

This is a minimizer, no bounce that is true to size. Since I am only 5' I did take it to the seamstress to add one more loop at the top if the strap. That was optional. It is perfectly designed.

Finally! Support

I've always needed extra support for my 36 D bust. After having 3 kids I REALLY needed support for my "new" 36 D breasts - kids do not help with that lol! I highly recommend this bra, it's beathable and very supportive for cross fit and running workouts.
