I completely understand your frustration with the four hook and eye closures and the lack of stretch in the band. It sounds like you've found a practical workaround by hooking it in front and spinning it around, which is actually a technique many people use with firmer bands! The Gramercy Luxe does have a more structured band compared to some of our other styles, which provides extra support but can definitely feel different from what you're used to with your two-hook bras.
