The front closure is extremely hard to use. I've tried and have found no way to make it easier.
Wouldn't recommend.
I order all my bras online so I couldn't have known it'd be miserable The band 38" feels tight as well I have bought this brand before and 38 was comfortable.

We also understand your concern about the band fit, particularly since you've comfortably worn the same size in our other bras. Different styles can fit a little differently due to their construction, but we know how important it is to feel confident ordering your usual size.

This is the 4th color in the same size that I have tried. The other colors all fit very well and are very comfortable. This one does not fit. Neither the band nor cups fit the same as the other three, which I wear regularly.
The one downside of this style is that the seams and sometimes the decorative lace at the top of the cups show through clothes (which the stretch lace version do not).
So far I have been unable to get a neutral color supportive bra from Glamorize that allows me to wear white tops without showing bra seams. I have tried sports bras, MagicLift, etc. My experience has been that different style fits are very inconsistent. I am grateful that the return policy allows me to keep trying.

Know your size is half the battle. Since I am now a woman of a certain age. Comfort is key. I love the fact that it fasteners in the front and my girls are not in my arm pit. Or blossoming out of the top is a game changer!!
