Front-closure bras can take a little getting used to if you haven't worn them before. The closure typically works by gently pulling the two sides apart at the center front rather than trying to unhook like a traditional back closure. Sometimes pressing gently on the sides of the closure while pulling can help release it.

We're sorry to hear that you've had some trouble with the clasp! The clasp requires two different actions: bend to click and release the lock, then slide up or down to unhook.
