I'm glad to hear that you think it's a nice bra overall, but I'm really sorry to hear that the support level wasn't quite what you were expecting and that you're having trouble with the hook and eye closure.

Your feedback about the hooks and eyes being too tight is really valuable - we know how important it is for the closure to be easy to manage while still being secure. Sometimes the hardware can feel stiff when it's brand new, but it shouldn't be difficult to fasten comfortably. Everyone's support needs are different, and knowing how the MagicLift Minimizer is working for different customers helps us understand how this style is performing compared to expectations.
