However, I'm sorry to hear about the scratchy material near the hooks causing discomfort. That's definitely not the comfortable experience we want you to have with this bra.

The scratchy feeling is likely from a care label or stabilizing material that may not have been positioned properly during manufacturing. While some customers do carefully trim away care labels if they're bothersome, I'd recommend being very cautious if you decide to do this yourself.

I'm really sorry to hear that while your sports bras in the same size fit perfectly, this minimizer had you spilling out - that's so frustrating when you expect the same size to work consistently across different styles.

It's disappointing when sizing varies so dramatically between bra styles, especially when you've had success with other products in that same size. Minimizer bras are designed to redistribute breast tissue to create a smaller silhouette, but they should never cause spillage or an uncomfortable fit.

The fit difference you're experiencing between the sports bras and this minimizer could be due to the different construction methods, cup shapes, or the way the minimizer's compression design works with your particular shape. When a bra causes spillage instead of providing the smooth, comfortable fit it's designed for, it's completely understandable that it would be disappointing.

I'm sorry this minimizer didn't provide the proper fit and support you were expecting based on your experience with our other styles.
