I followed the instructions for determining the size, but the result was cups several sizes too small. And the straps stretched so much that my boobs were close to my waist by the end of the day, The return and refund request are already in the mail.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the MagicLift Active Support Bra in Cafe. We're so sorry to hear that this bra didn't work out for you despite following our sizing instructions - that's incredibly frustrating when you're expecting a proper fit!
It sounds like the cup size ended up being much smaller than expected, and the strap stretching issue you experienced is definitely not acceptable. A good sports bra should maintain its support throughout the day, not leave you feeling unsupported by the end of it.
We appreciate you letting us know about the return you've already sent - we'll make sure to process that promptly once it reaches us. Sometimes sizing can vary between different bra styles and constructions, and it's disappointing when our fit guide doesn't lead to the right size for a particular style.
