I'm really sorry to hear that this bra has been such a disappointing experience with the rolling up in the back - that's incredibly frustrating when you had such a positive experience with the T-back style you ordered.

It's so disappointing when one style works perfectly and gives you confidence in the brand, but then another style from the same company lets you down completely. The rolling issue you're experiencing in the back can make a bra feel uncomfortable and look terrible under clothing, which completely defeats the purpose of wearing a supportive, well-fitting bra.

Band rolling is often caused by the band being too loose, too tight, or simply not the right construction for your particular body shape. Different bra styles can fit very differently even in the same size, and it sounds like while our T-back design worked beautifully for you, this front-closure style just isn't compatible with your shape and needs.

I'm sorry this bra didn't provide the same comfortable, supportive fit as the T-back you loved. When a bra causes this much frustration instead of making you feel confident and comfortable, I completely understand your disappointment.
