Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the MagicLift Original Support Bra. We’re sorry to hear the fit wasn’t right and that the bra didn’t provide the level of support you were expecting.
Because proper sizing plays such an important role in how the MagicLift design lifts and supports, a different band or cup size may provide a better experience. Our Bra Fit Guide can help identify common fit concerns and possible size adjustments: https://glamorise.com/pages/fit-resources-bra-fit

You should go with your usual size in Glamorise bras to get the right fit. If you'd like to confirm your best size, we recommend using our measuring guide and Bra Size Calculator.

Yes, the MagicLift Original Support Bra is suitable for machine washing in warm water on a gentle or delicate cycle. We also recommend hooking the bra closed and placing the bra in a mesh lingerie bag before washing to prevent snagging in the washing machine. Always air dry your bras and never put them in a dryer. The high heat of a dryer can damage the bra's delicate fabrics.
