Thanks for sharing your feedback on the MagicLift Seamless Firm Support Bra White. I'm sorry this style was uncomfortable for you and that you had issues with both the straps and back closure. That's definitely not the comfortable, secure fit we want you to have with our bras.

It's really frustrating when you adjust the straps to get the right fit and they won't stay in place - that defeats the purpose of having adjustable straps in the first place. And I understand how the multiple hook closure can feel overwhelming, especially when you're looking for something simple and comfortable.

The firm support design does require more structure than some of our other styles, but that shouldn't come at the expense of comfort or functionality. When straps won't hold their adjustment and the back feels like too much, it's just not working the way it should.

I'm glad you were able to share your experience with us. Your feedback about the strap adjustment mechanism and closure design helps us understand how these features work for customers and is valuable as we continue developing our collection.
