I'm really sorry to hear about the rough seam at the back hooks though. That kind of irritation can definitely affect your comfort throughout the day, even when the fit itself is good. A seam shouldn't feel sharp or uncomfortable against your skin, and I completely understand how that would be disappointing when you had high hopes for this bra.
