Thanks for sharing your feedback on the MagicLift Minimizer Bra. I’m sorry for the frustration with the size you received. Before returning the bra, it may help to double check the fabric tag sewn into the band. The tag lists both the UK and US size, and the size shown on your packing slip may be the US conversion of the size you ordered. This can sometimes look different than expected if you’re used to UK sizing.

If you’ve already sent it back, your return will be processed once it arrives at our warehouse. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience.
