I wear a 40 DD size. I like the structure at the bottom of the bra that supports all the flesh above. I really like a sport bra with 4 clasps.
I don't even get up to a jog in speed, but I like to walk fast. This support is less tiring.

But this bra is amazing comfortable, perfect fit, does not give you a unibob, I come home from a round of golf and forget I have it on. Plus it makes you look much more shapely
