I don't consider it a sports bra because it fastens in the back but it's still the most supportive bra I've found.

I was warned that this style was “snug” and even received an email from the company on how to adjust a bra which I didn’t get when I bought a different style. Ok - duly noted. But what I wasn’t expecting was the band length to be over an inch short of what I ordered. That’s not a snug fit it’s just wrong sizing. Disappointing But thankfully they have a great return policy. I’ll probably try again on a different style.

We're truly sorry to hear that the band length was over an inch short from what you ordered - you're absolutely right that this goes beyond a "snug fit" and sounds like a sizing issue. While we do note that this particular style runs snug and try to communicate that upfront, what you're describing with the band measurement being significantly off is not the experience we want for any customer.
We appreciate you noting our return policy and are glad that makes the process easier for you. Your feedback about the actual band measurement versus the ordered size is very valuable, and we'll be sure to pass these concerns along to our product team for review.
