I’m not really sure what’s going on with this bra. I really like this brand and appreciate the great customer service but there is something under the left back band that is causing a tremendous amount of itching and scratching us. I have not washed it yet so I’m going to try that and then I’ll get back to you. If it goes away, I will certainly change my wedding.

I’m glad to hear you’ve had positive experiences with our brand and customer service, though I’m sorry there’s been discomfort along the back band. That kind of irritation can be frustrating, especially when everything else feels right.
Sometimes a first wash can help soften the fabric or seams, so it makes sense to try that before deciding next steps. If the irritation continues after washing, you do have the option to return it within 40 days of purchase using the return portal for your location:
