This bra is advertised as supportive and uplifting, but I was disappointed to find upon arrival that these bras are wirefree.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the MagicLift Original Support Bra in Black. I completely understand your disappointment about discovering this style is wirefree when you were expecting underwire support.
You're absolutely right to point this out - when you're looking for that traditional underwire lift and structure, finding out a bra is wirefree can definitely feel like it's not going to deliver the type of support you were expecting. The MagicLift Original does use alternative construction methods to provide support without wires, but I totally get that if you prefer or need the specific type of lift that comes from underwire, this would feel like a mismatch for what you were looking for.
We definitely want to make sure our product descriptions are clear about wire vs. wirefree construction so customers know exactly what they're getting before ordering.
