I completely understand your concern about the band at the bottom continuing to fold. Sometimes with bras that provide great support, the band construction that gives you that stability can occasionally develop folding issues, especially over time or with repeated wear and washing. The bottom band is designed to provide that secure, supportive fit during activity, but it definitely shouldn't be folding in a way that's bothersome, even if it's still comfortable.
