The top hooks won't stay hooked, and it's too tight overall. The other bra I ordered in this size fits great.

Hooks coming undone at the front can sometimes indicate that the fit isn't quite right. Since this bra feels tight overall, trying a larger band size may help. Keep in mind that when the band increases or decreases, the cup volume changes as well, even if you select the same cup size.
