I'm sorry to hear the underwire is causing irritation during all-day wear. That's definitely not the comfortable experience we want you to have. Your instinct about potentially needing a larger band size is really spot-on. When the band is too tight, it can cause the underwires to press too firmly against your ribcage, which often leads to exactly the kind of discomfort you're describing.

Going up to a 42C could very well help position the underwires more comfortably and reduce that pressure. A properly fitting band should provide support without creating uncomfortable pressure points, especially during extended wear.
