This bra is the answer. It is secure. The straps are thick enough. I’ve been having upper back spasms regularly. I’ve had many bra purchase failures. Stores do not have choices in my size. Following measurement formulas doesn’t work. The last batch I ordered may have fit but my weight dropped and the cups were empty at the top. This one works.

Although I went by the size chart and measured 3 times to make sure, the cups were still too big. I have send it back and will reorder a smaller size. Was a little stiff and hard to hook, but would probably soften with washing

Sometimes even with careful measuring, certain styles can fit differently than expected, and it's not uncommon to need a size adjustment. We're glad to hear you're planning to try a smaller size - that often makes all the difference with the fit and overall comfort.
You're absolutely right about the stiffness - this style does tend to soften up nicely after a wash or two, and the hooks usually become easier to manage as the fabric relaxes.

We understand your concern about the band feeling tight on the loosest setting and folding over under your breasts. Band fit can be tricky - when a band is too tight, it can sometimes cause rolling or folding, especially in the underbust area. Sometimes going up a band size while adjusting the cup size accordingly can help achieve a better fit that lies flat and feels more comfortable.
