Thanks for sharing your feedback on the No-Sweat Mesh Sports Bra Cafe. I'm sorry this style was frustrating for you with the five-hook closure and that the straps felt wider than you're comfortable with - that's definitely not the easy, comfortable experience we want you to have with our sports bras.

I completely understand how cumbersome a five-hook closure can feel, especially when you're used to something simpler and quicker to put on. The wider straps can also feel unfamiliar when they're different from what you typically wear, even though they're designed for additional support.

It's really disappointing when a sports bra feels more complicated than helpful, especially when you're looking for something that should make your workout routine easier, not more difficult.

Your feedback about both the closure system and strap width is really valuable to us. It helps us understand how these design features work for customers and gives us insight into what might feel more user-friendly for future styles.
