I'm really sorry to hear that this is the fourth bra you've tried from us and all of them have been stiff and uncomfortable - that's incredibly disappointing and frustrating when you keep giving us chances but aren't getting the comfort you need.

It's so disheartening when the design and fit concept of a bra works well for you, but the materials just feel too harsh and scratchy against your skin. When you mention that the overall design is perfect, it makes it even more disappointing that the fabric quality is letting you down. A bra should feel soft and comfortable all day long, not stiff or scratchy, and I completely understand your frustration with the lace textures as well.

After trying four different styles and having the same material comfort issues with all of them, I can absolutely understand why you'd be disappointed with our brand. Comfort is so essential in a bra - when the fabric feels rough or stiff, it can make you uncomfortable and irritated throughout the day, which completely defeats the purpose of wearing a supportive, well-designed bra.

I'm truly sorry that our fabric choices and material construction haven't worked for your comfort needs, especially when you appreciate the design aspects of our bras.
