When you order a specific cup size, you should be able to trust that the bra will fit as labeled. Having a B cup be so oversized that there's that much excess room completely defeats the purpose of the bra and makes it impossible to get any support or proper fit. A properly fitted B cup should provide the right amount of coverage and support for your size, not leave you swimming in fabric.
