My first impression of this bra is that it fits well and is the most supportive bra I've had in a long time. I am not small chested (42G) and this bra has excellent support!

Purchased because the previous size was just a little too big in the cup size. The cup was wrinkly and I didn’t care for that. But it was so comfortable I just ordered the next cup size down. It’s a better fit but still a little bit wrinkly. Not as much but not smooth. I’ve adjusted it and adjusted it… but cannot get the wrinkles to smooth out completely.
But let me be clear. I purchased this bra because I needed a full supportive bra after a lumpectomy. And BOTH bras fit that bill. I was comfortable, my breast was kept stable as needed and I was very pleased with that.

It sounds like you made a smart choice sizing down in the cup when the first one was too big, and while the wrinkling improved, I can see how it's still not giving you that completely smooth look you're hoping for despite all your adjustments.
