I'm sorry to hear about the discomfort you're experiencing with the underwire after wearing it for a while. That's certainly not the experience we want for you, especially given your years of experience with different bras. Sometimes underwire discomfort can be related to fit - if the band is riding up or the cup size isn't quite right, it can cause the wire to sit in the wrong position and dig in. It's also possible that the wire channel in this particular bra just doesn't align well with your body shape, as wire placement can vary between different bra styles and brands.
