We understand how frustrating and confusing it must be to receive a bra labeled as 38DD when the band measures only 30 inches. That's a major discrepancy that completely affects the fit and comfort of the bra, and it's absolutely not acceptable. When you order a specific size, you should be able to trust that the product will match those measurements.

This appears to be a serious quality control issue, and we're sorry that you received a product that was so far off from the size you ordered. A 30-inch band when you need a 38-inch band makes the bra completely unwearable, and we understand why this experience has been so disappointing.
