I'm so sorry to hear about the condition your Front-Closure Cotton T-Back Comfort Bra arrived in. Black spots and what appeared to be a previously worn item is absolutely not acceptable - that's definitely not the quality experience we want you to have when receiving your order.

I'm also sorry the spots didn't come out after washing and that the bra shrunk in the process. That's incredibly frustrating, especially when you were trying to salvage something that should have arrived in perfect condition in the first place.

You shouldn't have to absorb the cost of returning an item that arrived damaged or in unacceptable condition. I'd encourage you to reach out to our customer service team directly about this situation. They should be able to help with the return process and ensure you're not charged for shipping back an item that wasn't in proper condition when it arrived.
