I previously had a 32G version of this bra for many many years, and it was perfect, but now that one of the hooks has finally died, 32 bands apparently aren't a thing anymore from this brand. I got the closest I could and it's still good at stopping things from moving around, but it sure would be better if they still had the actual right size - when this one stretches at all, I'm toast since I'm already using the tightest set of eyes.

It's wonderful to hear that you had such a great experience with your previous 32G version for so many years - that kind of long-term performance and reliability is exactly what we hope to deliver with our sports bras.
I completely understand your frustration with the sizing availability changes, especially when you had found that perfect fit in the 32 band. It can be so disappointing when your go-to size is no longer available, and then you're left trying to make adjustments that just aren't quite the same. I can imagine how concerning it must be to already be on the tightest hooks, knowing that once the band stretches even a little, the fit won't be as secure as you need it to be for proper support.
I really appreciate you sharing this feedback about the sizing availability. It's so helpful for us to understand when customers are missing sizes that worked perfectly for them, and it helps us better serve our customers' needs.

I’m 5’1”. Even tightened up to be their shortest, I found the shoulder straps not snug enough. There is no elastic to the straps, so the fit was just not right for a short torso. I ride horses so the support needs to be consistent. Otherwise, would be a nice product for those with a longer torso.

Thanks for sharing your experience with the Custom Control Sports Bra. I'm sorry to hear the strap length wasn't quite right for your frame. You're absolutely right that for activities like horseback riding, you need that secure, consistent support throughout your ride.
Strap fit can definitely be tricky for different torso lengths, and it sounds like this particular style might work better for someone with a longer torso, as you mentioned. It's frustrating when a bra has good potential but the proportions just don't match your needs.
