The fit concerns you described can sometimes point to a sizing adjustment. When the cups gap or pull away from the body, a smaller cup size may provide a better fit. Likewise, if the back of the bra needs frequent adjustment, our Bra Fit Guide can help identify whether a different band size may improve the overall support and stability: https://glamorise.com/pages/fit-resources-bra-fit. Keep in mind that whenever the band increases/decreases, the cup volume increases/decreases along with it, even if you select the same cup size as before.

Because posture back styles are designed differently from traditional bras, getting the right size is especially important to ensure they perform as intended.
