We understand how frustrating it must be when a product that's meant to provide convenience and independence instead creates the opposite experience. Having to rely on someone else for help with dressing is certainly not the outcome we want for any of our customers, and we sincerely apologize for this disappointing experience.
Front-closure designs can vary in their ease of use, and it sounds like this particular zip-up mechanism wasn't user-friendly for your needs. Your feedback about the difficulty with the closure is valuable to us, as we want our products to truly serve the customers who choose them.
