The fabric is scratchy. So wearing the bra is not comfortable. I'm going to keep washing it to see if it softens the fabric.

This bra is very different from the ones ive purchased in the past! The last 2 bras have unsatisfactory hold. I want a bra like the ones I was ordering before the last 2.

The band should provide most of the bra's support, while the cups should contain and shape comfortably. It's also not uncommon to wear a different size in different styles so each bra can perform as intended based on its design and support features.
