I just can get the right size! It was a larger size around but it was way to tight and the cup size was to small

Finding the right size can sometimes take a bit of trial and error. It’s also helpful to know that when the band size changes, the cup volume changes with it, even if the same cup letter is selected. That can sometimes lead to the cups feeling smaller or larger than expected when trying a different band size.
