I'm sorry to hear about the closure issue - that does sound frustrating, especially when you're dealing with arthritis and are used to the previous design. It's possible there may have been a manufacturing variation on this particular bra. If the closure direction is making it difficult to use, you're welcome to return it within 40 days for an exchange or refund.

I also understand your concern about the dart stitching on the left cup creating an uneven look. That definitely doesn't sound right for the quality you've come to expect from this style! This sounds like it could be a quality control issue that our team would want to know about.
