I like it but wish the straps were wider and padded and they offered bigger cup sizes.

hand washed the bra and then wore it and where you hook the bra it scratched my the entire day

That kind of irritation is definitely not what we want you to experience, especially after taking care to hand wash the bra. Sometimes the hardware or fabric edges in the closure area can feel rough against the skin, and that scratchy feeling can really affect your comfort all day long.
