It's just like I took the underwire out of a real bra. I'd have already sent it back if it wasn't my ONLY bra. It sucks because I'm spending upwards of $50 (usually more) for a bra from your company, and about a month and a half later underwire busts out. Sometimes it's the left, other times it's the right, varies whether it pokes thru the front or under arm. Tbh I've even had a couple snap in the middle! I am so here when it comes to me hand washing and laying to dry! Unfortunately, I don't think I can afford to buy your bras every other month. 😞

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry the Front-Closure Cotton T-Back Comfort Bra didn’t give you the definition you were looking for. The "uniboob" effect is often caused by a bra with cups that are too small or not the right style for your shape. Some customers find that an underwire bra provides better separation and added support.
There are a few reasons that an underwire may begin poking out. If it’s not caused by machine washing or heavy detergents, it could be due to the bra being too tight or too loose, which gives the wire more room to move around. In these cases, we recommend checking your current measurements to be sure the size is still the best fit. I have trouble finding bras that fit well, this one is a decent fit. If the cups were a bit larger it would be a better fit for me but nevertheless it is comfortable with no spillover. It doesn't hurt my back or my shoulders. The cup was listed DD/F and I probably should have gotten a G.

I loved the material but the form and fit was terrible for me. I am 38 DD but I always seem to spill out the top of bras just a little bit. So I thought I would be better to get a DDD. This flattened me out the form was terrible. No shape. It was not too small by any means. Just no shape. almost like a Tshirt pulled down over a bare chested woman. This maybe better for a younger woman. I am a size 12 in most clothes. I think someone a bit younger with more perk might do better in a bra like this. Thanks and Gods Blessing

It sounds incredibly frustrating to have to navigate between spilling out of your usual 38DD and then finding that sizing up to DDD eliminated all the shape and support you need. When you're trying to find that perfect balance between coverage and flattering shape, ending up with a bra that flattens you out completely defeats the purpose of what a well-designed bra should do for you.
I completely understand your disappointment when the fit was so unflattering that it felt like wearing a t-shirt rather than a supportive, shape-enhancing bra. At your size, you need a bra that provides both adequate coverage without spillage and maintains your natural curves and silhouette - not something that flattens everything out and removes all definition.
I'm sorry this bra's design and construction didn't work well for your body type and what you need from your undergarments. When the material quality is there but the shaping is completely wrong, it makes the entire purchase feel like a missed opportunity.
