I completely understand your feedback about the band needing a little more flexibility. The band is designed to provide that stable support and shaping, but it definitely should still feel comfortable and allow for natural movement throughout the day.

I completely understand your concern about the scratchiness in certain areas. Sometimes with sports bras, especially when they're new, the fabric and seams can feel a bit rough or textured until they've had a chance to soften up through washing and wearing. The seamless construction is designed to minimize irritation, but occasionally the fabric can feel scratchy initially, particularly in areas where there's more compression or where the fabric sits closer to the skin.

Your hope that it will get better with washing and wear is actually pretty spot-on - many customers do find that sports bras become softer and more comfortable as the fabric breaks in and becomes more flexible over time.
