This bra is so comfortable! It has just enough support. I have it in all 3 colors and rotate them only. I wish this came in more colors. The only downside is the center piece sticks out a bit sometimes, but not a deterrent.

Hello, I was wearing style 9815 42F for several years. Very busty and short wasted and short from the neck to the shoulders. The bra has been discontinued. I ordered the Lace Comfort Wonder Wire Bra style as it looked similar, big mistake the Wonder Wire broke and I was stabbed by metal while at work not very well padding I wore the bra only 3 times. Being short from the neck to the shoulders the straps just sit on my shoulders are not close enough to the closing at the back. I move and the straps fall off.
Style 9815 the center piece of the bra was shorter. The Lace Comfort Wonder Wire Bra the front center piece is 2 inches longer. What bra replaced style 9815? Please let me know.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Lace Comfort WonderWire Bra in Jade. I'm so sorry to hear about the broken underwire that actually stabbed you at work - that's completely unacceptable and must have been both painful and embarrassing. No bra should ever fail so dramatically after only three wears, and I'm truly sorry you experienced that.
I can also understand your frustration about the fit differences between this bra and your beloved style 9815 that you wore for years. It's so disappointing when a trusted style gets discontinued and you're left searching for a replacement that just doesn't work the same way. The longer center gore you mentioned can definitely change how a bra sits on your torso, and when combined with your shorter torso and shoulder measurements, I can see how the strap placement would be completely wrong for your body.
Having straps that constantly fall off your shoulders is incredibly frustrating, especially when you're used to a bra that stayed perfectly in place. The fit issues you're describing - from the strap placement to the longer center piece - show that this bra simply isn't designed for your body type the way your previous style was.
