Please keep in mind that as you increase your band size, the cup volume increases along with it. If you would like to keep the same cup volume and just go up in band size, then the size that you will want to exchange for is a 46B. Our MagicLift Original Support Bra contains stretch straps, and it sounds like you would benefit more from a style with rigid, non-stretch straps, such as our MagicLift Seamless Firm Support Bra. Once the position of the straps is set in this style, they should not move, even when supporting a heavy bust.
