I'm not I'm not sure if an underwire option will work for, but if it will, you may want to have a look at our MagicLift Seamless Firm Support Bra instead. This is another supportive MagicLift option that will still provide you with excellent uplift and support. While it is a back-closure, it does have a higher back for added support.
