Meant for Power Lifting
The first time I EVER wore one bra to train. Jump rope, burpees, jumping jacks, hanging cleans, snatches - you name it and everything stayed in place.

It was way too tight. I normally wear a 42DD and this bra was too tight around the rib cage

I don't recommend this product

My daughter is usually a 34DD. Knowing that these sometimes run a little small, I ordered a 36DD. It’s still too small in the rib cage. Will be returning them. Unsure how much larger to really go so won’t be looking further. 1 size seems reasonable, but 2 sizes seems a bit off.
